Take a leap of faith to a new home
Relocating for work is a big step, and we’re here to help you feel secure, supported and at home in a new environment. Singapore is a vibrant, multicultural city known for its high quality of life, strong education system and welcoming community, making it an ideal place for educators to build both their careers and personal lives.
A Multicultural, Educator-Friendly City
With English and Mandarin widely spoken, educators from Taiwan and China will find a strong Chinese-speaking community and cultural familiarity. Singapore’s diversity ensures a rich, inclusive environment where traditions from all backgrounds are embraced.
A Thriving Early Childhood Sector
Education is highly valued in Singapore, and early childhood educators are valued for their role in shaping young learners. The government actively invests in the preschool sector, providing continuous training and structured career pathways for educators who are committed to professional excellence. Working in this environment means being part of a system that prioritises both child development and educator growth.
Building Bridges
To underscore our commitment to talent from the region, we have established a formal partnership with the renowned Hungkuang University (弘光科技大學) in Taiwan. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with their Department of Child Care and Education creates a direct pathway for promising graduates to join our team in Singapore, solidifying our commitment to building bridges with top educational institutions.
A Smooth Transition
For those joining us from overseas, understanding the different work pass options is an essential part of the transition. Our team is here to guide you through the process, ensuring that your transition to Singapore is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
