Star Learners' Career Conversion Programme has been instrumental in my journey of transitioning careers, offering me the chance to pursue a Diploma in Chinese Preschool Education at KLC International Institute while gaining practical experience at the centre. This hands-on approach allowed me to dive into the daily operations of childcare, learning directly from experienced teachers and bridging theory with real-world application. Now, as a Trainee Educator at Star Learners, I find deep fulfillment and joy in my role. The unwavering support and guidance from my principal and colleagues have been invaluable, instilling in me the confidence to excel in this profession!

Despite not having formal qualifications in this sector, I actively pursued opportunities at early childhood career fairs. It was there that I stumbled upon NIEC's Career Conversion Programme, marking the beginning of my journey in this field. At Star Learners, I found a nurturing environment where I've been able to embrace numerous opportunities to learn and apply new insights and techniques from the programme, as well as in practical settings on the job. I frequently seek guidance and draw from the wealth of experience shared by my colleagues. I admire their years of dedication and aspire to reach their level of profiency one day.
