Centre Leader/ Principal
As a Centre Leader/ Principal, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous learning within the centre. You will manage and improve centre operations and strive for programme excellence by establishing robust processes in strategic areas. You will set an example by embodying the centre’s mission, vision and values, and will oversee the well-being of all Centre staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve centre operations while complying with industry regulations and Star Learners’ standard operating procedures
- Emphasise the importance of maintaining appropriate health, safety, nutrition and hygiene standards and procedures
- Promote the vision, mission and values of the centre among staff and stakeholders
- Establish strategies that foster a culture of mentoring, coaching and skill development among staff
- Develop proactive strategies to address challenges faced by staff within the centre
- Lead the development of effective classroom management strategies using best practices beyond the centre level
- Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the learning environment
- Build a collaborative culture within the centre

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent

Preschool Educator
As a professional early childhood educator, you will play an essential role in nurturing and educating children aged 18 months to 6 years old. You shall enrich children’s learning by carrying out a curriculum that prioritises language and literacy, numeracy, creative expression, discovery of the world, motor skills, social-emotional development, all while providing a safe and clean environment for our young heroes to develop and grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement lessons that align with the Starbeam™ Framework
- Create high-quality learning environments that include age-appropriate learning materials and resources

- Customise classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children

Infant Educator
As an Infant/ Toddler Educarer, you will play an essential role in nurturing and educating children 0-3 years old. Your responsibilities include creating safe and stimulating environments, and facilitating play and learning activities for our young heroes to develop and grow.

- Develop a routine caregiving approach and lesson plans that align with the Early Years Development Framework

Trainee Preschool Educator
As a Trainee Preschool Educator, you will play an essential role in nurturing and educating children aged 18 months to 6 years old. You will deliver a curriculum that focuses on language and literacy, numeracy, aesthetics, creative expression, discovery of the world, and social-emotional development. Additionally, you will ensure a safe and clean environment for our young heroes’ growth and development.
Successful candidates will be placed under the above programme (fully sponsored) and receive a monthly allowance while studying full-time. Upon completion of the programme, you will be converted to a full-time, certified Preschool Educator, subject to a bond with the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and engage children in developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities in accordance with the Starbeam™ Framework
- Provide routine caregiving practices in accordance with standards and procedures
- Observe and assess the progress of children’s learning and development
- Apply healthy, safety, nutritional and hygiene practices in accordance with standards and procedures
- Work closely with other teachers to carry out relevant tasks
- Collaborate with families to promote continuity of care and learning between the Centre and Home
Requirements
- Be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) aged 21 years and above
- New hires must have graduated or completed National Service, whichever is later, for at least two years prior at the point of application
- Must not be in a similar job role prior to joining the CCP
- 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits in different subjects including English or Chinese/acceptable alternatives* OR 3-year local polytechnic diploma with a credit in GCE ‘O’ level English OR English Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR State-recognised university degree where the medium of instruction is English

We are looking for qualified and experienced teachers to fill short-term needs at our centres. Relief Teachers are responsible for conducting lessons set out by the centres.

- Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games and storytelling, establish routines, provide positive guidance and help build children’s self-esteem
- Conduct lessons according to the assigned centre’s curriculum
- Monitor learning progress of children
- Build good rapport with children

Cleaner cum Kitchen Assistant
We are looking for a Cleaner cum Kitchen Assistant who can support our centre’s daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning works in accordance with the company’s procedures and practices
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Execute a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning glass panels, emptying bins, washing toilets etc
- Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to and all defects are reported accordingly for follow-up
- Adhere to the safe usage of cleaning products, equipment and machinery
- Assist with partial kitchen and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experienced and comfortable in similar roles preferred
- A Food and Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage
- Able to work independently
Kitchen Assistant cum Cleaner
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant cum Cleaner who can support our centre’s daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Tea break) according to the centre’s menu
- Follow food preparation instructions as given
- Serve food to the children
- Clean and wash the kitchen pantry, kitchen utensils, dining area and chairs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide assistance with cleaning tasks in the absence of the regular cleaner
Requirements
- Experienced and comfortable in similar roles preferred
- Be equipped with a Food and Hygiene Certificate
- Able to work independently
