Roles You Can Apply For
To apply for any of the roles below,
- you must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident aged 21 years and above,
- you must not be in a similar job role prior to joining the CCP
- for new hires, you must have graduated or completed National Service, whichever is later, for at least two years prior at the point of application (if applicable)
Trainee Infant Educator
You’ll be at the forefront of nurturing and educating our youngest learners, aged 2-18 months. Your role is all about building meaningful relationships, understanding their needs and providing the care and attention they deserve. From creating safe and stimulating environments, to facilitating engaging play and learning activities, you’ll play a vital role in helping our young heroes develop and grow.
Qualification Requirements
- Completed at least Secondary 2 education or at least 8 years of formal education; and
- Attained a total average SOA 4 in the Workplace Literacy — WPL series
Trainee Infant & Toddler Educator
Your journey begins with creating safe, nurturing environments where our youngest learners, aged 2 months to 3 years old can thrive, fostering meaningful interactions and engaging activities tailored to support their holistic development. From building trusting relationships to implementing activities that ignite curiosity and foster growth, you’ll play an important part in guiding our young heroes as they explore, learn and flourish in their earliest years.
Qualification Requirements
- Completed Secondary 4 education and SOA 5 in the WPL series, including an SOA 5 in Writing OR
- Completed Secondary 4 education and HSK Level 5 and a pass at HSK Advanced level for the oral component
Trainee Preschool Educator
You’ll step into a crucial role, dedicated to nurturing and educating children aged 18 months to 6 years old. Your mission? To deliver a dynamic curriculum that sparks curiosity and fosters growth across various domains, including language and literacy, numeracy, aesthetics, creative expression, discovery of the world and social-emotional development. But it’s not just about teaching — it’s about creating a nurturing environment where our young heroes can flourish. You’ll be their guide, ensuring a safe space where they can explore, learn and grow to their fullest potential.
Qualification Requirements
- Attained 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits in different subjects, including English or Chinese/ acceptable alternatives OR
- Attained a 3-year local polytechnic diploma with a credit in GCE ‘O’ Level English OR English Language Acceptable Alternatives OR
- Attained a state-recognised university degree where the medium of instruction is English
